Donut Apples

Serving: Makes approx 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 2 of your favourite apples
  • 3 tbsp almond nut butter
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped chocolate or use your favourite sprinkles

Method:

  • Slice the apples in ½ cm slices.
  • Use a small cutter to press out the centre – taking out the core.
  • Neatly spread over the nut butter.
  • Sprinkle over chopped chocolate or sprinkles whichever you are using.
  • Serve immediately.
