Thai food is all about simple, beautiful ingredients, from fresh fish and lovely cuts of meat, to crunchy vegetables and aromatic herbs and spices. Our Thai Cooking Class is a fun, and delicious way to learn all about this popular cuisine, and how to reproduce authentic Thai flavours in your own kitchen using ingredients available in your local supermarket.   

Learn how to make an authentic Thai curry from your own freshly ground curry paste, and learn how to balance Thai flavours from the subtle to the fiery, to suit your taste and palate. We’ll share two starters and two main dishes and a popular rice-based side dish based on the freshest in-season ingredients available at the time of your class. 

This is an online class where you get to sit, relax and watch or get the ingredients and cook along with the instructor.

Your Recipes will be emailed to you  36 hours before the class.

Since our lovely customers can’t come over to McS, we are bringing that McS experience to your home.

Simply book your place, and we will send you the recipes 36 hours before the class.

You can either get the ingredients to cook with us, or you can pour a glass of wine sit back, relax and watch along.

One of the main advantages of doing online classes in the winter months is you don’t need to go out you can cook in your pajamas if you like…

Also, you have the perfect way to make a lovely dish for your family.

Once the class is over, we will send you a recorded event if any section was unclear, you have a chance to check again or if you are not making it on the day.

We are using the zoom meeting platform, so there is plenty of time to chat during and after class if there are any questions.

For Live Course Requirements.

  1. We recommend you have at least 3Mb – both download and upload. You can check your speed at
  2. We highly recommend you use your computer or laptop for the best learning experience. Simply put, the bigger the screen, the better.
  3. The course is interactive, so you will need a mic and camera to interact – these are typically built into a laptop (but not a desktop).
  4. You will also need speakers or a headset to hear the course.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your smartphone/laptop/ desktop and internet connection are fully functioning for the duration of the zoom (we will send you a link to the recording at the end of the session – in case you missed any part of the session)
  • We are not responsible if you lose connection to our zoom session– other than a failure of our session to remain live on Zoom – due to technical reasons – in which case we will contact you postponing the rest of the session or advising recommencing as soon as the technical issue is fixed on our end.
  • We reserve the right to move the session ( or any remaining part of this session) to another date – due to technical faults. You will be notified of same – if you are not available on that new date, you need to advise us by return and a voucher to the value of the remainder of the session – will be issued towards the cost of purchase of tickets to future events on our website.


There are no refunds for purchased tickets if you don’t come online to our zoom session. This is due to numbers are strictly limited for each zoom session.

Just enjoyed a FAB cookery class learning how to make sushi, teriyaki and tempura with Multyfarnham Cookery School, from the comfort of my own kitchen! I had received a gift voucher, and it was the best gift idea for someone who likes to cook. I could choose the course that appealed to me from their course calendar and attended Japanese Cookery……Kamalika is a skilled and patient teacher and explains everything clearly enough for even total beginners. Also I could see everything perfectly – maybe even better than you would see attending an in-person class, as there were multiple camera angles on which we could see the food prep and cooking on. This was live-streamed on Zoom (not pre-recorded) so people could ask questions as she went along. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to cook, or wishes they were better at it!
