A long time admirer of Thai cuisine, I use my intense cooking skills and flair for teaching to bring authentic Thai food to your kitchen.

Thai food is all about simple, beautiful ingredients, from fresh fish and lovely cuts of meat, to crunchy vegetables and aromatic herbs and spices. Our Thai Cooking Class is a fun, and delicious way to learn all about this popular cuisine, and how to reproduce authentic Thai flavours in your own kitchen using ingredients available in your local supermarket. 

 

Learn how to make an authentic Thai curry from your own freshly ground curry paste, and learn how to balance Thai flavours from the subtle to the fiery, to suit your taste and palate. We’ll share two starters and two main dishes and a popular rice-based side dish based on the freshest in-season ingredients available at the time of your class. 

 

Come hungry – you’ll be tasting and sampling the dishes we prepare!

  • Green Thai curry with seabass and green peppercorns
  • Thai king prawn salad with green papaya
  • Thai vegetable fried rice with prik nam pla
  • Thai style baked fish wrapped in banana leaf

All Multyfarnham Cookery School onsite classes include all food, equipment, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. You will also get to take home detailed recipes for the dishes we prepare. You will observe, cook and taste the food throughout the class – so bring along your appetite!

Attended the Italian cookery class last night it was excellent. Kamalika is so calm & provided plenty of great tips to make cooking some of her amazing dishes. We tasted 6 dishes over the course of the night, come hungry as you will leave with a full belly! A great evening of cooking.
