I had the pleasure of enjoying a dinner made by these two most accomplished chefs. The food was uncomplicated and delicious. Everything was done to perfection – perfect balances of flavours. I especially recall the lamb stew – so hearty and tasty! Our hosts were most lovely company, and we enjoyed the evening thoroughly. I even managed to come away with a new recipe! My only regret is that we live so very far away I can’t come for many classes- I would highly recommend your school!
