We will travel through many regions of Asia in this class. Will be making curry powder and curry pastes from scratch with fresh spices and herbs. Your instructor will be giving you many tips in where to source ingredients how to balance the spices.  

Mostly which spice go well with what type of meat ,fish and vegetarian dishes.

And we strictly advice to everyone there is lots of tasting so please come as if you were going out to have a meal.

In other words, do not have your evening meal before arriving.

I decided to do the online Asian Cookery Class with MCS last Friday after I had heard brilliant reviews about the Cookery School and my daughter had really enjoyed the Easter Teenage camp. I really enjoyed the online experience and it was very interactive as Kamalika explained each step along the way and we had plenty of time to ask questions. Fantastic Recipes and I will definitely be signing up to do another online course.
