The food of Greece and the Middle East has become increasingly popular – especially the traditional mezza platter comprised of a selection of small tasting dishes bursting with colour, and flavour. We will learn how to use classic middle eastern ingredients like Sumac and Ras ul Hanout and how to create your own gorgeous flatbreads to serve with your Greek and Middle Eastern feast.
We’ll share two starters, two main dishes and a side dish based on the freshest in-season ingredients available at the time of your class.
