Greek and middle eastern cuisine – at the Cookery School- Demonstration

Learn how to cook authentic Middle Eastern dishes with this Demonstration fun masterclass! Gather your friends, family or colleagues and join us for a unique and tasteful cooking experience you and your guests won’t forget!

The food of Greece and the Middle East has become increasingly popular – especially the traditional mezza platter comprised of a selection of small tasting dishes bursting with colour, and flavour. We will learn how to use classic middle eastern ingredients like Sumac and Ras ul Hanout and how to create your own gorgeous flatbreads to serve with your Greek and Middle Eastern feast.

We’ll share two starters, two main dishes and a side dish based on the freshest in-season ingredients available at the time of your class.


Come hungry – you’ll be tasting and sampling the dishes we prepare!


Sample Menu:

  • Babaganoush – roasted aubergine with lemon, garlic and olive oil.
  • Flatbreads with Zahtar
  • Spanakopita – spinach and feta in filo
  • Haloumi and roasted vegetables with pomegranate molasses
  • Tabbouleh

All Multyfarnham Cookery School onsite classes include all food, equipment, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. You will also get to take home detailed recipes for the dishes we prepare. You will observe and taste the food throughout the class – so bring along your appetite!
