During this cooking class your taste buds will be whisked from the Northern Italian lakes to the Neopolitan coasts as we give you the skills and confidence you need to create iconic Italian dishes at home.
You’ll master homemade pasta, risotto and delicious sauce recipes that embrace fresh ingredients and seasonal foods while we rustle up an Italian feast; from a quick and simple pesto sauce through to a series of melt-in-your-mouth surprisingly fast, delicious Italian pasta.
We’ll share two starters, two main dishes and a side dish based on the freshest in-season ingredients available at the time of your class
