BBQ evening – at the Cookery School – Demonstration

This class is intended for people who are looking to get into real BBQ, how to control the heat in a BBQ, and which fuel, smoke and food combinations work well.

This class is intended for people who are looking to get into real BBQ, how to control the heat in a BBQ, and which fuel, smoke and food combinations work well.

We are happy to welcome David Oelke from Kamado Bono to assist us with our new remastered Bbq Classes.

Techniques we cover include grilling, smoking, reverse searing, and more.  We show you how to set up and manage fuel so that you can master any charcoal barbecue.

You will also be able to adapt recipes and methods to your gas barbecue or chosen cooking method at home.

Come hungry – you’ll be tasting and sampling the dishes we prepare!

Sample Menu

  • Lamb Kofta with Tzatziki sauce
  • Steak with Chimichurri
  • Amazing wings with Apple cider Vinegar Coleslaw
  • Butternut squash, Bean Burger and Fresh Pesto
  • Sri Lankan flavoured Salmon and Korma potatoes

Duration: 2.30 Hours, Approximately. 

Suitable for: Adults 

Bring your own Wine, Beer etc.

Max 15 people per class

All Multyfarnham Cookery School onsite classes include all food, equipment, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. You will also get to take home detailed recipes for the dishes we prepare. You will observe and taste the food throughout the class – so bring along your appetite!
