This course is especially tailored for anyone who is thinking of starting their own deli, or catering business, also ideal for B&B owners and smaller establishments.

So we have seen all the pitfalls and experienced the highs and lows and thankfully the highs were plentiful.
We will be sharing our successful tips and recipes that have served us well over the years and proved to be profitable and popular.
Friday 4.30pm –
6.30pm – Introduction, Soups, Starters, Dips and Dinner.
Saturday 9.00am – Continental ~Breakfast
10.30am – Hands on bread making
Preparation of new and innovative ideas for wraps and sandwiches
Sunday 9am – Continental ~Breakfast
10.00am Cakes and ~Gateaux
2.00pm Final discussion along with questions and conclusion
