This course is to show you that Healthy Cooking can be fun and interesting just like all other cooking.
This course is designed to be a gentle introduction and guide in helping to reduce fatty intake, as well as cholesterol. It is all about interesting and enjoyable healthy food. We will show you what ingredients to look for in the market and how to prepare great tasting dishes.
*We will also be incorporating an introduction to juicing.
We will prepare soups, starts and main courses. You will get to taste all dishes.
